It has a huge terrace and all the home equipment for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Lake Plastira is a 20-minute drive from the city. The apartment is on the 4th floor with unlimited market views. The elevator of the apartment building goes up to the 3rd floor and then there is a staircase to the house.

This house was built in 1960, and was recently renovated. The space for rent is a single and independent part of a larger house. A beautiful garden with private parking, barbecue and swimming pool extends in front of it, framed and protected by green plants. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the village of Taxiarches, 10km east of the city of Trikala, with all the popular destinations of the Thessalian plain easily and quickly accessible.
