When you arrive, you can enjoy a spacious terrace, with the necessary facilities for grilling, outdoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, hot tub (daily price - 60 Eur, second - 30 Eur) or walk the forest paths. Rental is only for quiet relaxation, parties are not.

The cabin includes one bedroom, a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, and a small kitchen with a stove and fridge. Mūsų unikalumas tame, jog viskas padaryta kaip sau, erdvė apsupta nepurškiamomis j.serbentų plantacijomis, visa aplinka pilna gyvybės. Čia dažni svečiai gervės, gandrai, stirnos, briedžiai, augalų bei paukščių įvairovė. Sodyboje gyvena alpakos :) Dėl asmeninių švenčių kupole - teirautis.

Penthouse apartment with a large terrace

Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Birštonas Tiny Hemp House

The Tiny Hemp House is located in a residential area by the Nemunas river and a forest. It is 2 km walk away from Birštonas centre. House was built by its owners themselves. They chose ecological materials - hempcrete for the walls, clay as a plaster and wood for the floors and ceiling. You can relax in the hot tub under the stars (the hot tub is an additional fee, reserve 12 h before arrival). The service is not provided when the feels-like temperature drops below –15 °C.

A forest-surrounded campsite with two spring-fed ponds, cozy cottages with stoves, a sauna, and a hot tub under the open sky. There is no electricity—only peace, nature, and quiet. The site offers a gas stove, fire pit, kazan pot, and comfortable sleeping spaces. An optional beekeeping experience includes local honey souvenirs. 'Forest Holiday' Unique cabin next to the lake

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for 100€ Nearest shop is 2km away.
