The house is centrally located in Asserball Forest near Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights of Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with and possibility for preparation for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus „Smuk Have“ begeistert Sie bereits bei der Ankunft durch idyllische Ruhe und Natur pur. Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt fernab vom Trubel. Ein besonderes Highlight: Ein offener Kamin. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattete. Es gibt einen großen Naturgarten komplett umzäunt und dieser besitzt auch einen Grillplatz. In the beautiful Kappeln/Kopperby we rent a very special spacious holiday home near Schlei and Baltic Sea with a large garden, two private lakes and all 4 hectares of pure nature. We ask for your understanding that in the high season (summer holidays as well as Christmas and New Year) we rent only weekly. Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Unsere kleine „Kapelle“ befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof zwischen der Schlei und dem Naturpark Hüttener Berge. Friedlich eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Äckern und Mooren liegt unser unverwechselbares „Mini-Dorf“. Bei uns leben vier Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern sowie eine freundliche Hovawart-Hündin, vier Katzen, ein Hahn und zwei Hennen. Alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner laufen auf dem Grundstück frei herum, es gibt bei uns weder Zäune noch Pforten.

Rural idyll near forest and beach.

House with sea view in rural idyll with lovely garden. Be awakened by the cockroach and watch the cows graze. 20 min to Åbenrå/Sønderborg. 30 min to Flensburg, Walking/hiking and biking in nature beautiful surroundings. Golf. Great opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly modified. The living room is divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom... The workplace is moved to the bedroom, and a bed is added.

House with private lake access

We also offer our beloved private cottage to other loafers at times. The special highlight of the house is the access to the Schlei with a small wooden terrace. After a sauna, you can jump directly into the cool water or practice water sports. The house is invitingly furnished and can accommodate couples, families or small groups. On the terrace you can enjoy the quiet surroundings. From April to October, there is also a barbecue available there.

Bullerbü vacation home Arnis

Vacation home 55m² for 2 people in a fantastic location in the smallest town in Germany - with a view of the marina and direct access to the Schlei. Completed in August 2012 and very well maintained. The Swedish red wooden house is fully insulated. Facing the Schlei with floor-to-ceiling windows both downstairs in the living room and upstairs in the gallery.
