The house is centrally located in Asserball Forest near Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights of Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with and possibility for preparation for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be agreed, the price will be NOK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

perfectly equipped, large, quiet country house

Charming country house in a secluded location to relax and feel good. The spacious vacation home offers four cozy bedrooms. An open plan living and dining area invites you to spend convivial evenings at the large kitchen table or on the sofa. We, a nice family from Berlin and Hamburg, rent our 2024 freshly covered thatched roof house (145 sqm) in Kappeln between Schlei and the Baltic Sea. The house has a fireplace, large garden, three bedrooms and a large living-kitchen area. On large, partly wild grounds close to nature, you have plenty of space and two of your own lakes, which are available to you together with the tenants of the second house on the property. Pure nature! The house is particularly suitable for families.

We also offer our beloved private cottage to other loafers at times. The special highlight of the house is the access to the Schlei with a small wooden terrace. After a sauna, you can jump directly into the cool water or practice water sports. The house is invitingly furnished and can accommodate couples, families or small groups. On the terrace you can enjoy the quiet surroundings. From April to October, there is also a barbecue available there.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and three hens. All two and four-legged friends run free on the premises, there are no fences or gates with us.

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.
