"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Moin! Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on almost 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholm harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

Vacation home Riverfront Kappeln

"Riverfront" is located at the south port of Speicherquartier, Kappeln and impresses with the unrestricted view of the Schlei and the ships moored there. North harbor and the beautiful old town of Kappeln can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The old warehouse has now been renovated and a hotel with a bistro has opened. Rental of bed linen and towels costs EUR 25 per set.
