The glazed gallery offers connecting views into the living area on the one hand and a cozy retreat and resting place on the other.

My place is close to the state capital Innsbruck, at the beginning of the Stubai Valley. You'll love my place because of the wonderful views and the beautiful location, the proximity to public transport, the immediate proximity to the restaurant. My place is good for couples and families with kids, but also employees of companies. Innsbruck can be reached from our house by car in 15 minutes, the border to Brenner/South Tyrol can be reached in 25 minutes.
