The house is located on the island of Kythnos in the area of Roudia, in the center of the island where you can explore a variety of settlements and beaches in just 5-10 minutes drive. 3 km away from Dryopida and 4 km from the settlement of Kanalas, away from the noise and pressure of the city. It has a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea, the Cycladic islands and especially the sunrise to stand out!! It has a private parking space and WiFi. Chora and the port of Merichas are about 15 minutes away by car and the traditional settlement of Dryopida about 5 minutes away. Several beaches are within walking distance such as the beaches of Kanala, Flambouria, Lefkes, Zogaki, Skylou, Agios Nikolaos, Gaidouromanta, etc. The bus of the Merichas-Dryopida-Kanala line passes outside the house. The location of the room in Kythnos is an area where the locals call "Roudia". Actually in this area you are in the center of the island and you can visit by driving 5-10 mins a variety of villages and beaches! At a distance of 3km away from Dryopida and 4km from Kanala, you are far from any pressure and noise, with a beautiful view of the Agean sea and some of the nearest Greek islands. We recommend at least 1 day to wake up early and enjoy the view of the sunrise in front of you. Free parking is available for each visitor and free wifi. Chora and the port of Merichas are about 10-15 minutes away by car and in close proximity there are also many beaches like Kanala, Flabouria, Leukes, Skilou, Gaidoromantra, Agios Nikolaos.

It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The car stops 80 meters from the house and access is by stairs and a traditional alley. It has a large terrace with a living room and 2 beach loungers.

The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
