The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

In the spacious garden there is an electric hot tub for extra relaxing. From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is located very centrally on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is located in a unique place with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The downstairs floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, make-up beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.
