Whether you want a romantic getaway for two, a trip with friends or family or just want time all to yourself, this is the place for you! Of course, we are happy to provide a baby / guest bed in the bedroom if needed. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is set in the middle of an organically managed 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. You can only be reached here via the landline connection - pure peace & relaxation!

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.

Time out in a tiny house

Located in the middle of the picturesque Danube floodplains and only a few hundred meters from the idyllic Danube oxbow, a wonderful break awaits you in the charming Tiny House. This small but fine refuge offers you the perfect opportunity to escape everyday life and fully enjoy nature. The spacious garden, which is available for your own use, invites you to relax. Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Pond cottage with kitchenette, dining area and wet cell on the ground floor, also spacious covered terrace, barbecue area and play tower available. In the attic is the sleeping area with its own toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a magnificent view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for cars, tents or campers are available.
