The nearest bus stop (Hojo Koko Mae) is a 3-minute walk, JR station (Iyo Hojo) is a 9-minute walk, a drug store is a 4-minute walk, a convenience store is a 6-minute walk, and a supermarket is an 8-minute walk. There are also coin laundries, restaurants (some with takeout), and more, so you can live without any inconvenience. Relax in a small port town. We have self-renovated an old house built about 70 years ago. Spread out and relax in our little home in the port town. There are steep stairs (with handrails) and steps as it is an older home.We would appreciate it if you could take care of small children and those with bad feet. This is a private inn attached to a renovated warehouse cafe. It is a safe and convenient location within walking distance of the limited express station, shopping district, and the famous "Zenigata sand painting". At the end of the garden, there is a large river and the famous mountain of "Sora no Torii", where you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the river in the morning, walk around the city during the day, and enjoy the garden lights at night. The cafe serves delicious bread, coffee, and deli (open Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm) and occasionally hosts events such as cooking classes and weddings. Limited to one group per day, can accommodate up to 4 guests. You can stay with your dog (however, you can put it in a cage in the tatami room). It is close to the Shinkansen, so there is noise and vibration every time you pass.It may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to sound. (It's quiet because it doesn't run from 11:40 PM to 6:20 AM) Please be careful not to smoke.
