In the area there is a beach right by the house and a short distance to Mullerup Harbour with restaurant, kiosk and ice cream stand. You can also go to beautiful Reersø with the tailless cats. In the cottage there are two terraces that are covered and a large garden from where you can see the sea. There is room to sunbathe with a fresh summer drink, while you can hear the wind in the trees, the waves roaring and the kids playing in the garden.

The house is located on Røsnæs, where there is ample opportunity for hiking routes in the protected nature areas. Kalundborg Golf Club is close by and Kalundborg itself offers plenty of shopping and Kalundborg Cathedral.

The garden is home to lizards and is planted with lots of different rose bushes that give the most wonderful scent in the summer. On the windless days, you can hear the flapping of the birds' wings and if you listen carefully you can also hear the porpoises that swim past along the coast in the evening hours.
