It is 500 meters to First Camp, which is a 4-star campsite. In summer, it is possible to shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice swimming, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful environment by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat trip and the view of the lake from the large terrace. Just a few minutes away, there's a swimming area, a café and a kiosk. The summer offers swimming, fishing or boating excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility of (or on) the ice. We are located in Småland's garden where the countryside has largely retained its character that you recognize from Astrid Lindgern's stories.

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the jetty that leads you into the sea. The accommodation built in 2019 is beautifully situated on Dunö about 10 min (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage comprises 25 sqm floor + 10sqm sleeping loft and has a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Proximity to exercise tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Modern, and well-equipped house with panoramic westerly sea view in a tranquil and green environment. Boat equipped for fishing is included for a minimum 5 nights stay, see photos for description. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic, about 80 meters to the beach. You are close to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås, which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility of our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner at Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family.
