Newly-renovated guest house about 40 m2 floor space, with most of the comforts of a home. Proximity to water with a small beach that in winter is a popular walking path. Relatively central and close to bus or train. The guest house is located on the same property as the host family's home. About a 5-minute walk to the gym and pizzeria. 10-minute bike ride to grocery store, about 15-20 minutes by bike to town. Parking space is available. If you are more than 2 people, there are additional sleeping places to rent for a fee. Note: the floor is cold in winter

Free panoramic views to the north over the sea provide very good opportunities to see the Northern Lights directly from the wooden deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-fired stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Charming retro house by the sea

Relax with the family in peaceful, beautiful Båtskärsnäs, close to Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) with swimming and activities. Guest pets are welcome. At the accommodation there is a wood-fired hot tub outdoors that can be pre-booked for a fee of 500 SEK, it is usually possible to book it but please contact us in time to confirm this. Two kayaks are available to borrow. From Båtskärsnäs, boat trips also go out into the archipelago and in winter we have nice ice and ski trails. Kicks, sledges and snowshoes are available to borrow.

The house is located next to a farm about 400 meters away in a scenic location with open fields and a lake. Access to a boat and fishing must be booked with the host. And there are grazing animals in the fields during the summer. Close to the forest and hiking in quiet environments with gravel roads. In winter, there are ski trails outside the house. Clean room and friendly host family. Lots of animals in the yard. Not for those with allergies. Bringing your own pets is possible.

Norrbottensgård beautifully situated at the mouth of the Kalix river. Close to ski trails and ice fishing in the winter. Beach in summer. Large terrace that can be used both summer and winter. About 4.5 km from the center; local transportation runs several times per day. Stop at the hospital, among other places Bed linens are included, and cleaning can be ordered separately for SEK 500.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful setting. Karin's apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and the family room has a double sofa bed. There is also a toilet with shower and a patio where you can enjoy the view of the Kalix River, which is about 40 meters from the apartment. New for summer 2026! Now there is the possibility to rent an electric bike.
