Είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος σε ένα ιστορικό πέτρινο κτίριο 200 ετών που ανακαινίστηκε μόνο με πέτρα και ξύλο και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με όλο τον εξοπλισμό κουζίνας , τουαλέτας και ντουζ. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στην παραλία με μια απίθανη θέα και ηλιοβασίλεμα τόσο από εσωτερικά με θέα από το παράθυρο πάνω στην θάλασσα όσο και εξωτερικά από την αυλή. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! Each studio is equipped with electric cooker, cutlery, a fridge, a toilet, large verandahs and a panoramic view of the island of Telendos. There is also a water-tank that supplies all studios with fresh rainwater, hot throughout the day.
