The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. With everything a family could need. We are a Pet Friendly retreat with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. We have plenty of kayaks for you to use free of charge. We have a few friendly farm animals including Nigerian Dwarf goats, horses and an alpaca.

Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Welcome to Foxtrot Flats - a secluded farm with a small and thoughtfully designed home, which is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses.
