Our spacious and cozy home, 120 sq.m. ,enjoys a privileged location with panoramic views of a green plain and impressive mountains. It is built in 1995 and partially renovated in 2018. Ideal for family or group of up to 6 people. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό.
