Lovely extension with a corner sofa, fireplace, and TV, access to the patio. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. On the upper floor, there is another corner sofa and TV, 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds and a double bed or 2 single beds. Proximity to Lake Revsund and the possibility to moor a boat.

Charming old house in beautiful Grimnäs which is located at Revsundssjön. The house is modern but like all old houses it has its beauty errors. The house gives a lovely home feeling with its 100 square meters. Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and biking just around the corner. Great as a base for excursions both winter and summer time. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and nice view. Nice patio with large lawn is available in the back. The main property is located on the same farm. Cats have been present in the home.
