The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. Hot tub can't be rented if it's colder than -6 degrees. Gameroom in open from March to October for additional fee.
