The apartment's best place is the balcony overlooking the forest, sea and Aarhus Island. It's usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. Living room and dining room is a large room, so there's plenty of room to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 bed, 2 mattresses/a playroom and a workplace with views of the city. The apartment is quiet and you don't hear much of the neighbors.

Large well-equipped holiday home on a private plot close to forest and beach. Located at the end of the road and therefore No car traffic, very suitable for children. We treasure our house and make use of it ourselves as much as we can. We care that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you'll help us with this. The price is not including electricity. Invoiced retrospectively according to actual consumption and current price. Free wood/firewood. You need to bring bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels yourself.

The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. What we most often hear about our summerhouse is that it has a lovely atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home, and that it is cozy. We strive for the cottage to be personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good blend of new and old. We bought the summerhouse in 2018, renovate it a bit along the way and as time is the time. What we want is that the summerhouse appears cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the frame to create great memories.
