New summer house in absolutely 1st row and own beach at the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to the lovely large loft. The house is air conditioned and has a wood-burning stove. The annex contains a room with a double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcoves.

Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

When you open doors and windows, the sounds flow in from the birds of the forest, the sea, and the sea. A scent of fresh sea air meets one's nostrils. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
