If you are expecting silence it' s the perfect place This charming one bedroom house is an old typical house from XVII century (de 60M2 en duplex) in a huge park next to river Doubs Amazing swimming pool 12,5 m long with a lovely poolhouse with water rower and aquabike... Elegantly decorated and newly renovated, we have retain the architectural details that make old house interesting and beautiful, like old pavement, chemine, roof "A la francaise"... Description : On the ground floor the living room with kitchenette ,bathroom On the first floora large bedroom with king size bed a desk and sunny balcony ,We can provide you bikes to join the center by "velo route" or you can join the oldcity center by bus (5mn walk) Free wifi and parking Animal friendly (on request) We are is strongly involved in sustainable development. This house has been renovated using as much as possible the original materials and techniques. Insulation has been made with hemp, woodwork were custom built by a local craftman, and painting are water based. Rooms are equipped with slatted beds, mattresses, pillows made from natural and renewable components in bamboo, soya, wool, linen and natural latex (rubber tree resin) certified Max Havelaar. Sheets and towels are made of organic cotton. At least, all cleaning and washing products are as muvh as possible organic. Rooms are cleaned only with steam, soap from Marseille (very famous natural and traditional french cleaning product), black soap, vinegar and sodium bicarbonate. Gardens are conceived and maintained without any chemical products, only organic treatments are provided.

Small duplex house adjoining that of the owners. At the foot of Château Chalon in the heart of the wine village. All amenities (grocery, pharmacy, doctor, bank, tobacco press, bakery...). Hiking trails start at the door. SNCF train station 5 minutes' drive away. On the ground floor, living room overlooking the terrace and open kitchen. Bathroom with toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms. In July and August, rental is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday

Quiet, bright studio on courtyard, historic neighborhood

Very bright rustic studio in old main residence in the city center with independent entrance to the courtyard, very quiet with views of the rooftops. Wi-Fi. Close to train station, tram, Vélocité, free parking... People looking for a new apartment, with immaculate white tiles, smooth surfaces and no personality, high-tech equipment and a TV, do not book this apartment! There are many books and carpets so if you are allergic to dust do not book!

Small renovated house, located next to our main accommodation. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard, which is closed by an automated gate.
