Mountain Retreat

The house is at the foot of the mountain, in a residential neighborhood. A few blocks from the entrance to Mogote Bayo, a reservation hill that has viewpoints and hiking trails. A few blocks from the entrance to La Reserva, another park where the road to Salto del Tabaquillo begins in the stream of the Windmill. It has a bus on the corner from downtown and goes to La Reserva and goes downtown . I have some skunks visiting nights coming down the mountain. They're magical and curious.

It has a vernacular style, with wide walls, wood and iron carpentry and green roof. The wide walls and the structure of exposed logs make up unique details. The large gallery is surrounded by fruit trees and native mountain. From the extensive pool you can enjoy the views of the mountain ranges.

Casa Cristi, a mountain hideaway!

The guest house is new, it is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and 6 blocks from the main avenue. It is surrounded by a park with native trees, fruit trees, plants and flowers. It has a beautiful mountain view. What makes it special is that it is new (brand new) and is located in a green environment in the middle of nature with the pool in the center of the property that invites us to cool off.

Adobe house

40 mts house inside neighborhood closed with 280 hts ecological reserve. The house is a solar-powered loft in nature. You enter through route 14 and Monte inentro, after 2km you reach the house. Few neighbors, quiet and retired place. Keep in mind that it's far! Until the route are 10' and the route to the village is 5'. It has SUM with a pool and a quincho at the entrance to the neighborhood.

Cabin in Merlo (San Luis)

The cabin is located two blocks from the main avenue of Villa de Merlo. It has a refrigerator (freezer), air conditioning (hot-cold), microwave, heating (natural gas). It has two bedrooms. The living room has a 3-person futon. There's a good internet service. Carport (for two cars) inside the property. Barn and Laundry.

Our cabin is located at the foot of the mountain and a few minutes from the village of Yacanto San Javier in Traslasierra. Located in a beautifully maintained 2-hectare garden with an incredible view of the mountains and the valley. We have a clay tennis court.
