Mountain Retreat

The house is at the foot of the mountain, in a residential neighborhood. A few blocks from the entrance to Mogote Bayo, a reservation hill that has viewpoints and hiking trails. A few blocks from the entrance to La Reserva, another park where the road to Salto del Tabaquillo begins in the stream of the Windmill. It has a bus on the corner from downtown and goes to La Reserva and goes downtown . I have some skunks visiting nights coming down the mountain. They're magical and curious.

Beautiful house located at the foot of the Champaqui. It is a great space, thoughtfully decorated and equipped for you to enjoy with your family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms: 2 of them with a double bed and the other with the option of a double bed or 2 single beds; 3 bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen and a chill room. Outside, there is a gallery with a grill and an adjoining pool, with a solarium; a sector with a Chilean oven and a patio connected to the chill room.

40 mts house inside neighborhood closed with 280 hts ecological reserve. The house is a solar-powered loft in nature. You enter through route 14 and Monte inentro, after 2km you reach the house. Few neighbors, quiet and retired place. Keep in mind that it's far! Until the route are 10' and the route to the village is 5'. It has SUM with a pool and a quincho at the entrance to the neighborhood.

The cabin is located two blocks from the main avenue of Villa de Merlo. It has a refrigerator (freezer), air conditioning (hot-cold), microwave, heating (natural gas). It has two bedrooms. The living room has a 3-person futon. There's a good internet service. Carport (for two cars) inside the property. Barn and Laundry.
