This is the "POPPY" has a parking space in a gated enclosure with an electric gate. In the area there is a secure 12M x 6M heated pool surrounded by beautiful flora. This cottage of 6/8 people of 132 m2 has access on the parking side, Free wifi the PLUS: the cottage, is 500 m from all amenities on foot, shopping, market, games area, canoe departure, the RIVER. 1 km away is the big groceries. For large visits it is located 30 km from Vallon Pont d 'Arc, 15 min. in addition to the CHAUVET cave.... Activities such as cycling, climbing, visiting the most beautiful villages, hiking, tree climbing, museums are accessible throughout our beautiful region. The PLUS: Patrick the owner makes his garden available to you (a basket in the cottage is there for the picking of good untreated vegetables) The PLUS PLUS the arrivals and departures are on Friday and you have an entire weekend on site in addition we avoid quite a bit of big Saturday or Sunday traffic jams). Rates are weekly, minimum possibility for two nights, especially ask us out of season.

Le Figuier & Le Châtaignier are 2 small semi-detached houses built on our 4,500 m2 property, which is very wooded, with independent access. Perfectly symmetrical configuration: entrance and terrace are opposite one cottage to another, giving each couple perfect tranquility. On the ground floor, 35 m2 living area with open kitchen, toilet. Upstairs, 18 m2 air-conditioned bedroom area (160 bed) with dressing area and shower room. Thoughtfully designed homes, with utmost comfort. Happy holidays!!

This perfectly located home, provides easy access to all sites and amenities. On the second floor without elevator, not accessible to people with limited mobility. Located in the city center, 7 min walk from the river, health course, tennis , and at the foot of shops and restaurants. Fully equipped, LV/coffee maker/microwave/oven/TV/sheets and towels provided (bed not made), dishwasher towel, 1 bedroom (bed 140cms), Wc/bathroom. Check-in is between 15:00 and 00:00 and checkout is by 11:00.
