My place is close to Ten minutes from the city center of Le Mans, 15 minutes from Boulerie Jump, 20 minutes from the 24-hour circuit. My place is good for couples, up to 4 or 5, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Possibility to put a horse in the meadow. 1 hectare for my horse and 1 hectare for the possible horse. I separate the field. We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).
