The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes on foot, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, to the center is 20 minutes on foot. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Cozy 1+kk in a historic apartment building by the church offers a quiet accommodation overlooking the church of St. Lawrence with windows facing the garden. Equipped kitchenette with single-burner stove, microwave, kettle, basic utensils and food. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and basic amenities. The room has a spacious bed with bedding, a desk and many printed materials with information about the place and the surroundings.

Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
