Traditionelles Oberlausitzer Umgebindehaus. Es befindet sich im Kurort Oybin - der Perle im Zittauer Gebirge. Das schöne Gartengrundstück grenzt direkt an einen Kletterfelsen. Ein kleiner Naturbadeteich mit Badeleitern, gespeist vom Goldbach, befindet sich in etwa 300-400 m Entfernung vom Haus. Kurtaxe 2.00 EUR/Person/Nacht wird vor Ort erhoben, Stromkosten i.H.v 0,45 EUR/kwh sind vor Ort nach Verbrauch zu zahlen.

V létě je možné přijet s koly a užít si krajinu jedinečnou svou krásou. V zimním období, zejména během zimních prázdnin, preferujeme ubytování na celý týden, tj. od soboty soboty.
