Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Ideale ligging om te wandelen, fietsen, cultureel en culinair te genieten, golfen, strand en nog veel meer. Het appartement met badkamer, slaapkamer (15m2) en woonkamer/ keuken (20m2) met zeer comfortabele slaapbank en daarmee geschikt voor 4 personen. Het heeft een eigen opgang los van de villa.

My apartment is a quiet and charming space overlooking Mount Montgó. It is located in Jesús Pobre, 10 kilometers from Denia and 7 kilometers from Jávea. The village is very nice and every Sunday it celebrates a traditional market with local and artisanal products famous in the area. It takes thirteen minutes by car to get to Las Marinas beach. Here you will have everything at hand without stress or crowds. You have a swimming pool, elevator and above all good energy.
