Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

New apartment in the famous La Viña neighborhood. It's cozy, nice, and comfortable. It's 50 meters from La Caleta beach. It's in the heart of the old town. If you have any questions, I'll answer them right away via WhatsApp or call. OPTIONAL GARAGE, in the same building, a garage is available for 20 euros a day [in summer from 07/01 to 08/31, it is 25€] The living room sofa converts into a comfortable bed that sleeps 2 people comfortably (this has a surcharge of €20 per person/day)

Has Wi-Fi The apartment is on the ground floor of a small development on one of Rota's main leisure and restaurant avenues.

Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
