Cozy 25 m² double studio in Solna, just outside central Stockholm and near attractions like the Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. The studio includes a 140 cm wide bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining area for two. Bed linen, towels, and kitchenware are provided. Nice apartment with a private entrance in a shared villa by Lake Mälaren on Färingsö. Approximately a 45-minute drive to Stockholm city center. Private patio with seating area and beautiful lake views. Access to a lawn, sandy beach, and a jetty with sun loungers. The property also offers a canoe and paddleboard for borrowing. A small rowing boat with an electric motor and a kayak are available for rent. Close to exercise trails with an outdoor gym and illuminated tracks.

Our home is located on the top of a hill, with a view over the trees and sun all day long. The location is in a house neighbourhood but with maximal privacy, as it is surrounded by a forest on 2 of 4 sides of the house. The house has all facilities you can ask for; many bedrooms and beds, two workstations with screens, a tv room, a gym with a threadmill, a weightlifting section and a spinning bike, two bathrooms, one with both a bath tub and a sauna.

Our house is located in Sollentuna, on top of a hill with great view over the area. Edsviken bay is a 10 min walk away, where you can go for a swim at one of the little beaches, a run around the bay or just a picnic. The commuter rail is just down the hill (4 min walk) and takes you to Stockholm Odenplan in 11 min and Stockholm C in 13 min. The train leaves every 6 min. The house has an open fire and big garden. It’s perfect for families with children
