Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place 4 miles north of Gävle and 4 km from Kungsberget. The home shares land with the host family and is newly renovated in the spring of 2023. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a 140cm bed. Cleaning not included but can be pre-booked for SEK 500. Bed linens and towels at a cost of SEK 150/set. Upon request, there is also a wood-fired hot tub that can be pre-booked for SEK 800. Close to outdoor activities.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment from 2016. The apartment has 6 regular beds divided into two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and living room have an open plan that forms a nice gathering place between skiing, bike tours, day trips, fishing and so on. There is a balcony with a view of the mountain and a nice sauna as well as a washing machine. In addition, there are baby/child amenities, toys, board games, BT speakers, TV with streaming services and books to read.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Hedvig

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. The apartment we have named Hedvig after my grandmother who together with her husband Lars-Emil was the first in our family to start the sawmill. The house the apartment is located in was built around 1880 and belonged to a sawmill and later planing. The apartment is originally a service residence and some carpentry houses are left but some is also new. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated in 2024.

Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails.
