The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed. Cleaning is not included, but can be pre-booked for SEK 700. Bed linens and towels at a cost of SEK 150/set. Upon request, there is also a wood-fired hot tub that can be pre-booked for SEK 1,200. Close to outdoor activities.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

There is a balcony with a view of the mountain and a nice sauna as well as a washing machine. In addition, there are baby/child amenities, toys, board games, BT speakers, TV with streaming services and books to read.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.

Stugan ligger i utkanten av en by där skogen tar vid, en å flyter intill stugan.En mysig grillplats finns där man laga matt på öppen eld, eller bara och njuta av brasan. 4 km till närmaste affär och 10 km in till staden Sandviken. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.
