Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Olivo Studio in Casa Pancha has tons of light and character. The room has polished concrete floors and old tiles, custom-made sliding glass doors from floor to ceiling, and exposed concrete beams throughout the space. Access to the rooftop pool terrace (shared with 4 other units) is through a separate entrance. Note that it is at street level and there may be external noise as well as people passing by.
