This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

This 3,000 sf villa on the Riviera Nayarit, with 360 degree views and its own lush garden, features 4 suites all with king size bed and private bath, sitting area, fan and safe. The house has a heated infinity swimming pool, a tree-top hot tub with ocean views, and a Mexican-style open air living area which includes a rooftop living room and kitchen/dining room linked by a bridge. The views are of the ocean and coastline but also of the lush foothills of the Sierra Madre and the energetic town of Sayulita. The house and grounds provide a private retreat high above the town and the sea and is only a short walk to the center of town. Sayulita is known for its languid pace, smiling attitude, and happy-go-lucky approach to life and has great shopping, unique restaurants, bars and street food that will make your vacation truly special. The owners will organize upon request welcome dinners, grocery shopping, private chefs, yoga classes, private massages and more. Outdoor activities include surfing, whale watching, jungle hiking, snorkeling and scuba diving, Horseback riding and much more. $800 security deposit due You will also be required to sign a renters contract. The villa is in the tropical town of Sayulita overlooking the Pacific coastline of Mexico. It’s only a few steps from the main plaza, yet immersed in beautiful nature. You can walk anywhere in Sayulita and the house is a 4 minute walk to the center of town and an extra minute to the beach. But if you prefer we will reserve 1 or more golf carts for you to zip around town! Let us help you with your stay before and during!
