Convenient bomb shelter available in the next door building. 6min walking to the beach, 2min to the market, great nightlife & cafés all around Kerem Hatimanin and Neve Tzedek and Rothchild Ave. It's perfect for one or two people who are looking to explore the city on a budget, while sleeping comfortably in the best location.
