Here you will find tranquility, just a stone's throw from the Kungsberget ski resort with proximity to forest and lake. The cottage of 36 m2 offers an open plan with kitchen (not oven) and living areas where a sofa and daybed are available as well as a sleeping loft with a double bed. Small cottage with double bed is available in the summer. The lake is outside the door but is better for a boat ride than swimming. Close to Sandviken, Högbo, Gävle and Ockelbo. Outhouse, hot outdoor shower, no water retracted, drinking water on can. Digital TV.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Spacious residential area in the charming little village of Jädraås, Ca 10 km from Kungsberget. The house is located close to the lake, close to the guesthouse, close to the old mill and railway museum. Many nice fishing waters nearby, berries and mushrooms in the forest. It is also possible to rent a kayak or bike. Next door to the residence there is a sourdough bakery that is open during July and August.

The cottage is located on our own property (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along the Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
