The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

The garden is accessed via 2 terraces (one of which is covered), loungers and seating are available. Bus stop, shops, playground and restaurants are within walking distance.
