AUSZEITHAUS with sauna and infrared cabin

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Welcome to the loving & modern holiday home "Fritzi" in Tossens. Awaiting you are an infrared sauna, two bedrooms (one with access to the large balcony), a spacious south-facing terrace, a light-filled living area with a fireplace and open-plan kitchen, your own free parking space in front of the house, bicycle storage (lockable), insect screens and blackout options, and individually controllable underfloor heating. The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Vacation home right on the Wümme

In this unique vacation home on our Bohlenshof farm, you can enjoy the direct view of the Wümme from the living room or the terrace. There are 2 double beds for a total of 4 people. The vacation home has a terrace with garden furniture and a grill. You can also spend a few nice hours in the barrel sauna. The experience is rounded off by modern furnishings, an equipped kitchen and cozy beds.

Depending on your preferences, you can find silence and seclusion with a wellness area here, as well as lively entertainment or sporting activities.
