The most charming neighborhood!😍 As it is a family neighborhood, loud noise and excessive noise are PROHIBITED (any time) The house is located in Villa Branca, the best neighborhood in Jacareí, close to the Dutra highway and glued to São José dos Campos. The house is airy, with 2 suites upstairs, gourmet area, covered garage for 3 cars, office, living room and open concept kitchen, laundry room and a spacious backyard! We provide bed and bath linen, but we DO NOT provide a thick blanket.

If you are looking for a simple, comfortable and well located place, our little house is perfect for you! We are 20 minutes walk from the center of town and with easy access to everything you need. A few meters away, you'll find groceries, conveniences, laundry and bus stop. Ideal for those who want to feel at home! It has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, service area and a corner to relax after the day. There is no parking in the house, but there are usually places on the street.

We have caretakers on the farm who maintain the lawn and pool daily so that everything is always wonderful!
