The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

Enjoy the simple life in this calm and close to the CBD. Child -and Animal friendly Accommodation in the heart of the city. Quiet and calm neighbourhood. Tarih Asansör (monument buikding) is just 2 min. In front of our house. Easy to find- every taxi driver knows this spot. The Tram(city rail public transtport) coast and bus stops are 5 min. To walk. CBD is 10 min. to walk (saat kulesi) And old Turkish house full repaired and modernised- but judge by your self. We wait for u. Hoşgeldiniz

An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

Hey:) This is a stylish and centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Üçyol center where you can find amenities such as markets, bakeries and all kinds of grocery stores. The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
