Stylish, clean, convenient, and spacious

carefully designed in the center of Izmir and 1 minute to the historical elevator, 5 minutes to the beach and tram, 15 minutes on foot to the Konak, 10 minutes to Üçyol metro, our apartment 5. It is on the floor and you need to climb the stairs, but we will carry your luggage for you:) My tea,filter coffee,turkish coffee,nescafe and water:) You can enjoy Netflix prime video series or movies with pleasure during your time at home In addition, the ID information of the guests who arrive according to the newly released law we need to report to the police station.

Tastefully renovated historical building located at the center of Ayvalik with a peaceful garden and indoor fireplace. Small restaurants, pubs and public transportation are in 2 min walking distance. An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

Hey:) This is a stylish and centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Üçyol center where you can find amenities such as markets, bakeries and all kinds of grocery stores. The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
