The house from 1870 has a garden, three connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets and is situated in the north of Brussels. The centre takes three tramstops, railwaystation Brussels North is ten minutes walking. I have special parkingtickets (NO PARKINGPLACE) for my guests at € 5/day. You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.

Cosy studio near Brussels Airport

Fully equipped studio situated 10 minutes from Brussels airport and 15 minutes from the center by car. The room consists of a double bed, a convertible double sofa, a TV (apple tv and Netflix), an office/dinning table, a balcony and separate fully furnished kitchen and WC. Moreover, there is a swimming pool (accessible by reservation of 30-minute period) and a sauna. An outdoor tennis court and a Parking space are also available for free. Available for short or long term reservations.

Large living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with king-size bed, office or children's room, bathroom with bathtub and shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bicycles, parking on request, second floor (no elevator). The area is full of quality restaurants, cafes, delis and supermarkets within walking distance

A swimming pool in the city

A 10 minutes de la grand-place et pourtant en pleine nature Hôtel de Maitre avec jardin exceptionnel. Si vous aimez la nature et le cinéma vous vous y sentirez bien. Jardin avec piscine naturelle 5mx10m, bbq, four à pizza, salon extérieur, cuisine complète et télévision Maison de 1912. Vous y retrouverez deux salons dont un home cinéma avec écran géant, un piano, une belle cuisine ouverte. Parking gratuit et recharge électrique possible. Je ne loue que pendant mes vacances.

Comfortable studio with parking space

Beau studio non-fumeurs, lumineux et au calme dans une maison familiale juste en dehors de Bxl mais proche des transports publiques (15' à pied). Resto's, supermarché, coiffeur, pharmacie ,... à proximité (<1km) Place de parking privative. Possibilité de profiter d'un espace au jardin. Notre femme de ménage passe les vendredis. Si vous le souhaitez, elle peut nettoyer le studio et changer les draps. La piscine est à louer (avec supplement) en fonction des disponibilités.

House on the edge of the forest

Entire place. 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms. Close to (15-min walk) the ING Arena, King Baudouin Stadium, Brussels Expo, Atomium. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated home. Access to the shared pool (10am > 6pm) and heated (May to end of Sep: water temp. 28). Whoopy, our dog, is the guardian of the estate. She wanders around the garden as she pleases. She is visually imposing but she is very nice to our guests who greet her and love her too.
