Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Cozy countryside guesthouse

Guest house on farm in beautiful Barum, close to swimming, fishing and nature. You live along a quiet gravel road on the farm Stubbahagen which has apple orchard, viticulture and pasture to take a walk in. On the property there is also a party room, it is not used as there are tenants living in this house. Walking distance to the Ivö ferry with lovely nature, ice cream kiosk, restaurant and kiosk. Nice surroundings to bike or walk in. Vångabacken with skiing and other activities is 5 minutes away by car.

Lakefront rooms

Welcome to stay in our house located in the small picturesque village of Ekestad at Råbelövssjön 15 km north of Kristianstad. The house is located next to our home. You have access to parts of the garden and swimming area. The idyllic surroundings offer fantastic opportunity for long forest walks, swimming, fishing, biking, paddling etc and much more. There is also the possibility to swim in the wood fired sauna, have dinner in a Viking house etc. No pets are welcome. We prefer to rent out at least 3 days.

3 gæsteværelser med i alt 5 enkeltsenge, hvor 2 kan laves om til dobbeltværelser. I stue etagen stort værelse, køkken, spisestue med udgang til have, pejsestue samt lille toilet med vaskemaske/tørretumbler. På første sal er der et stort badeværelse med bruser, et enkeltværelse samt et dobbelt værelse med stor garderobe. Huset har 2-3 skriveborde og et veludrustet køkken med amerikansk køle/frys. Fremstår rent og nyt. Møbleret med nye senge og sofa men antikviteter har også fået sin plads.

Det finns göingegetter i angränsande hage eller varför inte besöka hönsen på morgonen och köpa några färska ägg. Jaktupplevelse diskuteras separat baserat på behov, möjlighet till fyrhjuling för transport finns eventuellt vid behov. En damm finns intill för bad eller finns också sjöar runt i kring ca 6 minuter med bil.

Around the house is forest and mountain that gives you a cozy and private feeling of being in the midst of nature. The house is fully equiped for year round living (radiators in all rooms, hot water, toilet, shower etc.). Perfect for summer vacation or getaways during fall, spring or winter.

In the woods close to the sea

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
