The wooden house is centrally located on a well-kept 1,400 sqm property in the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the climatic spa town of Albersdorf (6 km). The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, fish and horseback riding. The property was last extensively renovated in the fall of 2025. In case of rain, the covered terrace with outdoor fireplace offers the opportunity to eat and relax together. The living space is about 56 square meters.

Apartment in Itzehoe with terrace

The apartment is located in Itzehoe central to the center and only 17 minutes walking distance from Itzehoe station as well as a few minutes from shopping malls and swimming lake. The apartment has 3 rooms as well as a kitchen and a full bath on 80 sqm. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a sofa with sleeping function in the living room, which extends this apartment to an accommodation with up to 4 sleeping places. This apartment is rounded off by a separate entrance and a 20 sqm roof terrace.

The corner house

The entrance is in the backyard. The first room is in the hallway, on the left a bed on the right is the cloakroom. From there it goes into the kitchen, from there to the right living room and to the right of the living room the children's room. To the left of the kitchen is the double bedroom and to the right of it is the bathroom. The nursery has an extra door to a lawn facing the street. In the courtyard there is a shed, large stone barbecue and possibility to hang laundry. Parking in the street.

Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shops, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.
