[1 minute on foot from Itabashi Station/up to 11 people] Opened in December 2024. It is a 1-minute walk from Itabashi Station (actually a 30-second walk) and a very convenient location in front of the station. It is one stop to Ikebukuro by taking the JR Saikyo Line from Itabashi Station.Also, there is no need to transfer at two stops to Shinjuku and three stops to Shibuya. It is also located 5 minutes from Shin-Itabashi station. The room is 103 m ² and is divided into a living and dining room and 4 bedrooms. Also, it is on the 9th and 10th (top floor) with an elevator, and the 9th and 10th floors are connected by indoor stairs, so you can go to and from the 9th and 10th floors without going out.It has a very spacious and open floor plan. "SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted.
