The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Vikendica "ULIKA"

Cottage "Ulika" is located in a quiet and quiet place in an olive grove of 3000m2. The entire property is fenced and safe for pets. We also provided private parking for "tin pets", free of charge. The holiday house offers guests the benefits of an outdoor hot tub, garden furniture and fireplace free of charge. Proximity to the center of Fažana and numerous beaches allow you to visit them on foot or by bicycle. Meanwhile, your car is inside the property. Welcome!!!

The cottage was primarily intended to enjoy the family and host friends by the fireplace,good food,wine, and fire. And it has a big table and benches. We've decorated it for ourselves, and all the furniture is made of wood. The design wasn't meant to be in sync, but just to make it beautiful,cozy, and functional. As we have come up with the idea of renting out space over time, we hope guests who are as enjoyable as well.

The house is all in new furniture,in a retro-modern stile. It have one space that includes a doblebed,sofa,kitchen,dining room and a bathroom in the other room.It is so calm that you can hear only the birds and the crickets.The garden is realy lovely
