We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis, nicknamed with rooster. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre of island by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly, calm. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿 (If you want rent for photo shooting, you need to ask for it and price.)

Spectacular view and Bright apartment

The views from the bedroom and roof terrace are absolutely amazing. World class! Even! The view from the roof at sunset is incredible! Excellent location! The apartment is confortable, well equipped, free wifi, light and airy. The neighborhood is great , safe, quiet, within easy walking distance to everything; shops, hammam, antique shops, supermarkets, some great restaurant, cute local cafes, breakfast places and the tram which quickly and easly takes you everywhere.

It was built in year 1909 with Art Nouveau style ( the most important and famous style of that era ).It is placed right next to the one of the most famous landmark: Kamondo Stairs.It is an Art Nouveau styled stairway built around 1850’s.The famous Galata Tower and its lovely square with restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes on foot.
