Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Quiet gîte and not overlooked.

Gîte in Burgundy between 80 and 150 euros per night. 1 spa 1 swimming pool (both private, swimming pool from April until the end of October) heated and covered! Equipped kitchen. No neighbors, come and spend a relaxing time in our cottage in the countryside. Possibility of accommodating more than 4 people (if family with 3 children). Close to shops 15 min by car!! And 5 minutes from a grocery store with bread and pastries!! Restaurant. Lots of walks nearby. The property must be returned in a clean state.

The surrounding area offers plenty to discover: Paray-le-Monial, the Romanesque churches circuit, Cluny, the Pal… Nature lovers will appreciate the many opportunities for walking tours and will happily stay to enjoy the garden, the pool, and the tennis court, weather permitting.
