Fantastic house in the countryside surrounded by cows and horses 30 km south of Copenhagen. Huge concrete terrace of 100 m2, new kitchen with all kinds of kitchen equipment, espresso machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower, 3 children's rooms (two with double beds and one with one bed), large sofa in the living room. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom, so there is a passage from the living room when you need to use the toilet. Full of personality and personal belongings. Surrounded by nature. Close to Rema1000 (supermarket).

The apartment can accommodate 4 guests and has the possibility of an extra bed. There is coffee/tea for free use and if you need to wash clothes, it is possible. There are always clean linens and towels for use. The apartment is equipped with all service and kitchen equipment. The apartment is right next to the highway exit. It is in an industrial neighborhood but close to the lake. The apartment is not handicap friendly as you have to go up to the 2nd floor, take the apartment and there is no elevator!!!!

Annex adjacent to the house, but with its own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. One room with sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded) and television and one with kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded). Small toilet/bathroom with hand shower connected to the sink and drain in the floor. See picture.
