Entire Japanese House in downtown, Quiet & Cozy

Stay in a renovated 80-year-old wooden house from the Showa era, with two spacious bedrooms on each floor and a Simmons queen bed—great for taller guests or families with kids. Located within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, and a station. Free parking for one car. Shower only, but we provide free tickets to a local sento (3-min walk) with seawater baths. Breakfast is available by reservation. I run a shop nearby and can help anytime. Feel free to message!

Our apartment, Ise Hilltop, is centrally situated 3 km from Ise Grand Shrine Naiku, 2 km from Ise Grand Shrine Geku, and 2 km from Okageyokocho. It's a great base for exploration of Ise and all of southern Mie. The independent unit is refurbished with convenience of travelers in mind. アパート「ヒルトップ」は、伊勢神宮（内宮）から３ｋｍ、おかげ横丁から２ｋｍ、伊勢神宮（外宮）から２ｋｍに位置しております。 アクセスは、お車の場合、高速道路の伊勢自動車道「伊勢西インター」よりすぐ。（無料駐車場完備） 電車の場合、近鉄「宇治山田駅」「五十鈴川駅」が最寄り駅になります。（駅からはタクシーなどご利用下さい） ごゆっくりと「伊勢の時間」をお過ごしください！

A guesthouse offering a relaxing stay

Check-in is from 1:00 PM Check-out is by 12:00 PM Up to 8 people can stay. Spacious living room with 2 bedrooms. The entire courtyard has high walls, making it a completely private space. BBQ is also possible in the courtyard. *BBQ equipment rental (charged 5,000 yen). Please bring your own ingredients, including yakiniku sauce. You are free to use the sauna in the courtyard. It is recommended for long-term stays as it has all the necessities of life.

　以前私達が住んでいた家をリフォームしました。 　当民泊は、１日１団体様貸し切りです。 　寝室がある２階はお客さん専用ですから、気兼ねなく過ごしていただけます。7.5畳と６畳の２部屋を１区画とし、それが2階に２区画あります 　マンガ本や将棋、囲碁なども取り揃えています。　 　寝室にはシングルベッド４つ、セミダブル２つ、布団を3組用意しています。事前にご連絡いただければ、お好みの形にご用意します。 　１階の談話室や食堂も旅行相談等で使う以外は、お客さん専用です。お風呂もお客さん専用ですが、トイレはスタッフも使います。 　ホスト在宅の民泊ですので、小さいお子様連れの方や旅に不慣れな方も安心して滞在していただけます。また、いろいろな旅の相談にも乗ることができます。何かあれば、気軽に声をかけてください。それ以外の場合には、プライバシーを尊重します。 　駅や神宮、近隣施設へは送迎します。また、大きな荷物の伊勢到着時の受け取りも可能で、身軽な旅を楽しんでいただけます。

The Japanese house stands in a biosphere reserve village, upstream on the Miyagawa (Miya River) which flows from Odaigahara National Park to Ise. The river is just a few minutes walk from the house which is the best place for chilling out, swimming with your family or family and enjoying water. 20 mins' drive from JR "Misedani" station and 60 mins' drive to the Osugidani Valley (one of the three greatest valleys in Japan).
