The courtyard and the terrace are decorated with flowers. Two rooms have decor lighting. On the third floor there is a common TV room,which is flooded with fireplace warmth. There are two churches in the village, a 15th-century Reformed wooden church with 4 youth towers,and a Roman and Greek Catholic Makovec style modern church.

In the courtyard – a parking space for a car, a barbecue. 50 m from the sanatorium "Polyana" and the boulevard "Polyana Kvasova". View from the house to the mountains and stream. There's a road to the woods nearby. Shops,bank, Nova Poshta branch in 3 minutes walk. We always welcome guests to our home !🏔
